Equipment operation steps and methods:

1. Turn on the main switch on the panel to check whether the three-phase power indicator is normally turned on; if any of them are not activated:

1.1. First check whether the main power supply lacks phase.

1.2. Whether the indicator light is burned out. Corresponding treatment or maintenance shall be carried out according to the actual situation after inspection.

2. About 10 seconds after turning on the power, the touch screen displays normally, and all the switches are correspondingly clicked:

For example: heating, ultrasonic, circulating fan, high pressure fan, circulating water pump, spraying, transmission switch.

3. The whole machine is equipped with two emergency stop switches, one is on the main electrical box of the equipment, and the other is at the position of the unloading port; the whole machine will stop working when the machine is pressed in an emergency situation during the operation of the equipment.

4. The discharge port of the equipment is equipped with a set of photoelectric switches for workpiece inspection. When the workpiece passes through the various processes and reaches the discharge port, no one will take the workpiece away. After the photoelectric switch is checked, it will automatically stop the operation of the mesh belt.

Equipment maintenance items:

1. chains, gears, bearings once every three months to fight butter.

 

2. Conveying motors, circulating water pumps, high-pressure fans, electric box cooling air conditioners, circulating fans, etc., use air guns to clean up dust every 15 days.

 

3. Before the filter is turned on, take out the filter bag and rinse it with clean water once every day; replace the filter bag once every three weeks.

 

4. All water (attached) tanks are changed once every two weeks, and the water (attached) tanks are rinsed with clean water, and then clean water, cleaning agent, and rust inhibitor are added.

Equipment troubleshooting method:   

4.1. Troubleshooting method of the water tank heating system (please check whether the water level is insufficient on the touch screen before doing the following inspections):

1. When the water temperature is not heated to the set temperature within the corresponding time after the heating switch is activated, please check whether the heating tube is burned out, and if the heating tube is burned out, please replace the accessories of the same type in time.

 

1. If the heating tube is not burned out, please refer to the equipment circuit drawing to check whether the corresponding electrical accessories and wiring are burned out. If they are burned out, please replace the electrical parts of the same model.

 

4.2. The troubleshooting method of the high-pressure spray filter system (please check whether the water level is insufficient on the touch screen before doing the following inspections):

1. When the filter switch is activated, the filter water pump does not start, please refer to the equipment circuit drawing to check whether all electrical accessories are burnt out or have trip protection. If they are burnt out, please replace them in time. If the protection is disconnected, please reset them manually.

 

2.If the liquid in the cleaning tank cannot be recycled after 1 condition is met, check whether the filter bag is clogged, and if it is clogged, please replace the filter bag in time.

 

4. If the liquid cannot be circulated after the conditions 1 and 2 are met, please check whether the pipeline is blocked and whether the ball valve is in the normally open state.

 

4.3. The troubleshooting method of the high pressure wind cutting water system:

1. When the high-pressure fan is switched on and the high-pressure fan does not start, please refer to the equipment circuit drawing to check whether all electrical accessories are burnt out or trip protection. If they are burnt out, please replace them in time. If the protection is disconnected, please reset them manually.

 

2.If the high-pressure fan cannot start after all the conditions in item 1 are met, please check whether the fan is burned out. If it is burned out, please replace the high-pressure fan of the same model in time.

 

5. When the air knife does not move back and forth after the conditions 1 and 2 are met, please check whether the bearings and tracks on the air knife are stuck or damaged, whether the cylinder is damaged, and whether the electronic parts on the cylinder are normal Work; if the above situation occurs, please replace the corresponding accessories and repair in time.

 

4.4. Troubleshooting method of the circulating hot air system of the drying furnace (the circulating fan switch is not activated, and the hot air heating switch cannot be turned on, mainly to protect the heating tube.)

1. When the circulating fan is switched on and the circulating fan does not start, please refer to the equipment circuit drawing to check whether all electrical accessories are burnt out or trip protection. If burned out, please replace it in time. If the protection is disconnected, please reset it manually.

 

2.If the circulating fan cannot start after all the conditions in item 1 are met, please check whether the fan is burned out. If it is burned out, please replace the fan of the same model in time.

 

3.Turn on the heating switch only when the conditions 1 and 2 are met. Check the corresponding digital thermometer about 10 seconds after the heating switch is started. There are a set of numbers on the upper and lower sides of the thermometer. The green is the set temperature; the red is the actual temperature in the furnace.

4. 5. Troubleshooting method of heating system failure

1. When the temperature is not heated to the set temperature within the corresponding time after the heating switch is activated, please check whether the heating tube is burned out, and if the heating tube is burned out, please replace the accessories of the same type in time.

 

2.If the heating tube is not burned out, please refer to the equipment circuit drawing to check whether the corresponding electrical accessories and wiring are burned out. If they are burned out, please replace the electrical parts of the same model.   

4.6. The handling method of the transportation system failure:

1. When the mesh belt cannot run after the conveyor switch is activated:

1.1. Check whether the emergency stop switch is pressed, and reset the emergency stop switch.

1.2. Whether the mesh belt is stuck, check the mesh belt to repair it.

1.3. Please refer to the equipment wiring drawing to check whether the corresponding electrical parts and wiring are burnt out. If they are burnt out, please replace the electrical parts of the same model.

1.4. After meeting the above conditions, the mesh belt still cannot run. Please check the conveying motor. If it is burned out, please replace it in time.
