Equipment operation steps and methods:
1. Turn on the main switch on the panel to check whether the three-phase power indicator is normally
turned on; if any of them are not activated:
1.1. First check whether the main power supply lacks phase.
1.2. Whether the indicator light is burned out. Corresponding treatment or maintenance shall be carried
out according to the actual situation after inspection.
2. About 10 seconds after turning on the power, the touch screen displays normally, and all the switches
are correspondingly clicked:
For example: heating, ultrasonic, circulating fan, high pressure fan, circulating water pump, spraying,
transmission switch.
3. The whole machine is equipped with two emergency stop switches, one is on the main electrical box of
the equipment, and the other is at the position of the unloading port; the whole machine will stop working
when the machine is pressed in an emergency situation during the operation of the equipment.
4. The discharge port of the equipment is equipped with a set of photoelectric switches for workpiece
inspection. When the workpiece passes through the various processes and reaches the discharge port, no
one will take the workpiece away. After the photoelectric switch is checked, it will automatically stop the
operation of the mesh belt.
