The 2300#1000kg Silicon Graphite Crucible Metal Melt and Alumina Alloying Process

The new high temperature, high strength and toughness alloyed metal melt casting foundry material is called "Alumina".2300# 1000kg silicon graphite crucible metal melting foundry It is a metal consisting of aluminium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, boron, cobalt, selenium, indium and strontium. This alloy can be used for making a variety of metal parts and components. These include wristlets, tubes, watches, necklaces, earrings, watches, necklaces, screws and bolts, knives, nails and hinges etc.

The process of the casting is similar to that of forging but instead of melting the metal in a forge, the alloying procedure is done in an Alumina furnace.2300# 1000kg silicon graphite crucible metal melting foundry When the alloy molten at a high temperature is allowed to cool slowly in the furnace it becomes into flakes. They are then taken out from the furnace, the resulting product is called "Alumina Flakes". These flakes are generally dried and shaped to get the desired form before they get sent through moulds to manufacturers who can produce millions of identical products.

When the alloy reaches its thickness, it is "smithured" or given a certain texture and grain structure by heating it up at an extremely high temperature. This process gives the alloy a particular class of gloss and grain structure which gives it the durability and the ability to resist any kind of force. The resultant product after this process is called "VDM". This means "Vibrational Density Metal". This class of metal is used to make such things as necklaces, watches, rings, knife edges etc. which are very hard and wear easily due to their high wear resistance.

A crucible foundry consists of a drum, inlet, outlet and mandrels. The drum has a special outlet on its top called the "inlet port". The outlet of the drum is connected to a piece of silicon which is melting and pouring through the metal at high speeds.

The silicon is placed in a chamber which is filled with molten metal. The metal forming process is a non-contact one and therefore the silicon does not touch or come into contact with any other matter during the melting process. The heat generated in the crucible is what heats the silicon to a liquid state and transfers it to the mandrels where it melts and forms the alloy.

There are two types of crucibles used in this process. One type is known as a metal spinning blade. This type of crucible has a thin metal slice in the middle which is made from the silicon. The other type is called an alumina blade. This type of crucible has a thick aluminum blade at the top that spins when heated.
