·Molten temperature: 700℃ (the highest temperature should not exceed 800℃, otherwise it will increase the formation of slag)

·Used fuel: natural gas

·Energy consumption: The standard for natural gas regenerative burners is 65-75 cubic meters per ton of aluminum

·The melting loss rate: 1.0 or less (aluminum ingot raw material standard)

·Power supply: power 3-phase AC 380V

1. Strong steel frame, all welded structure. The door of the furnace is protected by splicing cast iron. Electric hoist door;

Molten pool structure: ceramic insulation board + advanced fiber heat breaking brick + light insulation brick + impervious castable + Advanced castable;

Furnace bottom structure: ceramic insulation board + advanced fiber heat breaking brick + light insulation brick + impervious castable + Advanced castable;

Furnace wall structure above molten pool: ceramic insulation board + high-grade fiber heat breaking brick + light insulation brick + anti-seepage castable + high alumina refractory brick;

Furnace top structure: low cement castable + high-grade fiber blanket + light insulation castable;
